Pool & Sports Hall Closures:

Our Sports Hall is temporarily closed 'til 21st December to install a brand-new floor and our Main Pool & Diving Pool are closed 25th November to 27th December for improvement works. We apologise for any inconvenience these closures may cause.

HYROX

HYROX is a rapidly growing fitness concept - and it's now available at Bangor Aurora! HYROX combines both running and functional workouts - you will run 1km, followed by one functional workout - and this will be repeated eight times.

This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards so you can track your progress!

Active Ageing Classes

Our Active Ageing Programme has been specifically designed to help our older community get exactly what they need to stay fit and healthy, in both mind and body. Our sessions range from strength and balance, to Dance and Walking Football, each with their own benefits to encourage your wellbeing.

Our café is on hand so that after your class, a tea, coffee, or well-earned bun is at your fingertips to enjoy alongside your group that you exercise with.
