Hockey Pitch Update:

Our hockey pitch is taking a little time out for some TLC. We aim to reopen our hockey pitch on 1st August.

Join us for wellbeing health and fun Monday to Friday! These classes and activities for the over 50's are designed to help you keep active and meet new people.

What is Active Ageing?

Our Active Ageing Programme runs every weekday each and every week and consists of a whole host of exercises and activities designed to get over 50's moving and socialising with like-minded people in the Bangor community.

The Active Ageing Programme activities features vigorous intensity exercises like running and sport, moderate intensity exercises such as walking and swimming as well as exercises designed to build strength like pilates and gym workouts plus activities aimed at improving balance including dance and sitless circuits.

Please remember, you should always consult with your Doctor before beginning any type of exercise or physical activity.
