Join us for wellbeing health and fun Monday to Friday! These classes and activities for the over 50's are designed to help you keep active and meet new people.
Parkinson's Aqua and Social Sessions
As part of Neurodiversity Week (16th - 20th March), we’re excited to introduce a new weekly programme at Bangor Aurora Aquatics & Leisure Complex, designed to support people living with Parkinson’s.
The sessions run every Thursdays at 4.45pm - 5.30pm, combining gentle water-based exercise with a relaxed social session to provide both physical and wellbeing benefits in a supportive environment. Each session includes:
45-minute aqua exercise class
Enjoy a range of gentle exercises such as walking in water, stepping, and stretching.
A social session with refreshments
After the class, participants can relax, chat, and connect with others in a friendly and supportive setting.
Booking is required - book in person or over the phone call us on 028 9127 0271, as we’ll need to take a few details before you begin the 12-week course.
Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today!
