There will be no public swimming from 1pm this Sunday 7th December due to the Swim Ulster Water Polo Tournament. Our leisure waters will be open as normal 11am - 4pm and swimming lessons will be running as normal.
Our children's courses are the perfect way for children of all ages and abilities to develop their abilities in different sports, as well as support their self-confidence, team working skills, make friends and more, under the guidance of our fully-qualified coaches.

Our gymnastics programme is delivered in partnership with British Gymnastics.
We have different classes across age groups designed to build confidence, help children develop those motor skills to help them enjoy and lead an active life as they get older. While being an exciting and challenging sport in its own right, it is also a great prerequisite for children to do before any other sport, improving strength, flexibility, focus and self-awareness.
