BOW £500 Voucher 2024 T&Cs

• The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (company number: 04687478), Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ​​

• The “£500 High Street Voucher national prize draw” offer is available to anyone signing up to any Health & Fitness membership, swimming lessons, golf lessons or tennis lessons, or booking a birthday party at any of our MORE leisure centres on the dates where the Big Open Weekend/ Day is running: Saturday 28th September (Billesley Tennis Centre only), Sunday 29th September (Billesley Tennis Centre only), Saturday 5th October, Sunday 6th October, Saturday 12th October (Aqua Vale only), Sunday 13th October (Aqua Vale only) 2024 ​

• Entries for the “£500 High Street Voucher national prize draw” on behalf of another person will not be accepted​

• One entry per booking of a h&f membership, lesson, birthday party will be allowed​

• The closing date is 23:59 Sunday 13th October 2024​

• The winner for “£500 High Street Voucher national prize draw” will be chosen by a random draw of entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions​

• To be notified of the prize draw winner, the entrant must opt into marketing communications. Failure to do so may result in the offer being forfeited​

• The prize will be a £500 “Love to Shop” voucher​

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.​

• The winners will be notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Serco shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize)​

• If a winner rejects their prize, or their entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Serco shall be entitled to select another winner by random draw​

• Not applicable to Serco Leisure Operating Ltd employees​​

• Serco shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, and usage of your personal information to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry (Data policy can be found on leisure centre websites)​

• Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice​

• Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse to offer the prize to the winner with justified reason
