Taster Football Coaching
Our football coaching is a fantastic way to teach children of all abilities basic football skills, such as shooting, dribbling and passing. It also helps your child develop their balance and co-ordination

Join our gym staff at this 30min workout on the gym floor around a multi-functional piece of gym equipment.
Swimming activities
Free Beginner Swimming Taster Session
Taster beginner and improver swimming lessons for children aged 4yrs – 12yrs old. Within this lesson they will learn basis water skills that will build water confidence which is essential when learning to swim.
