Body Combat The complete all body workout the combination of arm and leg movements will help tone your arms and legs whilst burning vast amounts of calories. Bodycombat combines powerhouse moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines.

Body Step The very popular Les Mills Step format combined with exciting choreography make these classes a dynamic option. This class is ideal for co-ordination and cardio. Please arrive 5 minutes before class for equipment sert up. Enrty will not be allowed once class has started.

Indoor Cycling Superb aerobics and fat burning workout. A fantastic way to burn calories. Non-impact ensures suitability for young and old alike.

LBT A great low impact, high intensity body toning workout concentrating on specific body areas - below the belt.

Body Pump Body Pump is a 45 to 55 minute non impact class designed to give your body a complete workout using barbells and weights to motivating music. The class enables people of all levels of strength and fitness to take part. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for equipment set up as entry will not be allowed once class has started.

Swimming For All Our Swimming for all sessions are suitable for anyone and everyone, whether you wish to swim lengths, socialise or spend fun quality time in the water with family and friends. Please note that the slide and waves are not open during these sessions.
Main Pool Area Book

Lane Swimming Sessions suitable for adults 16 years + wishing to swim for fitness or leisure. Lanes will be available to suit different speeds and abilities.
