Basingstoke & Deane Community Leisure Trust Centre staff equipped to support those with Hidden Disabilities

We're pleased to share that we have joined the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower scheme 🌻

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower scheme aims to help make daily life easier for people with hidden disabilities by providing a visual cue of the sunflower for people to identify that the wearer may require additional time or consideration. Examples of the sunflowers worn by people include lanyards and badges, they may also carry a card.

Our team are trained to help, support or make the necessary adjustments that may be needed to aid those with hidden disabilities to participate in the activities we provide in our centres.
