Due to pool maintenance the 20m pool will be closed from 5pm on Thursday 30th January and will reopen at 6am on Friday 31st January.

This delicious Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie provides a great balance of essential vitamins, healthy fats and protein. The combination of berries, banana, flaxseed, oats and protein powder makes this a tasty drink that is ideal for breakfast, pre or post workout fuel, or as a healthy snack!

1 – 2 Servings

  • 1 tbsp porridge oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 banana
  • 80g berries, fresh or frozen (we used raspberries and blueberries)
  • 150ml apple juice

STEP 1
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.

STEP 2
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy!
